St. Mark's Parish supports the following prayer groups:
Eucharistic Adoration: The Blessed Sacrament is exposed on Tuesdays from 9:30 AM to 3:30 P.M. in the Church. Come spend a little of your week with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. Sign-up for a regular time or just drop in for a visit.
Prayer Line: St. Mark's has both a day and evening telephone-tree prayer line. After an intention is received (call the parish office at 432-8711 to submit the intention), contact is made with the first person on the prayer line. The intention is stated and the two people (the caller and the person contacted) pray together over the phone. The contacted person then calls the next person on the prayer line and the process is repeated. Intentions are confidential; names may be used if the party submitting the intention so chooses.
Divine Mercy Ministry: After the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick, we will be notified to say a Divine Mercy chaplet for the person visited. They will be identified by their first name only, unless the family prefers otherwise. We ask that you say the chaplet for them as soon as you are able to do so.
The default notification will be through Flock note email, but please let me know if you prefer something else.
If you need information about how to say the chaplet, there are pamphlets and rosaries from the Shrine in Stockbridge located in the vestibule, on the shelf to the left of the welcome desk. Please help yourself to these materials!
